“Firefly Catering is a small scale full-services catering company I have owned and operated since 2009. I do a limited amount of events so that I can devote more of my focus to working with the clients I do take. My cuisine highlights and incorporates favorite foods from around the world combined with local Vermont ingredients. My styling incorporates rustic, kitschy and vintage elements with plants and stones from the natural world. My favorite moment is to surprise and impress guests and have them say that the food was the best they’ve ever had at an event”

KOSHER CATERING

“From 2017-2020 I was the Kitchen Manager at Ohavi Zedek Synagogue and learned from Rabbi Amy Small, and the OZ community, how to prepare and serve kosher meal, including for Shabbat and Pesach, in accordance with Kashrut laws. I have since become a regular caterer at local Conservative and Reform Temples for life Jewish events and celebrations. While not Jewish myself, I take the observation of these laws and my role as chef (and shabbos goy) very seriously.”
